Update on Patch 3.0

Item-Database and Featplaner should now reflect the changes done in todays Patch 3.0.

Guess you probably know this, but a lot of the models have changed in game now.

Yeah, I first only updated the feat info, as uploading all the 3.5k Itemmodels and Textures just takes alot of time and bandwidth.

But as I moved to my own server now I updated all the models too.

As an extra cookie for launch I integrated a list of all combos and spells including the ones activated by feats.
