Optimizing MySQL-Database
Frankly, I'm not a database guy.

I just know the basics and arrange all my queries in a fashion I think reasonable.
The database doesn't seem to be the fastest at times, so I wanted some person with expertise check on the database configuration and queries before thinking about upgrading my server.
